New conditional question not appearing on career site

Summary: I have created a new conditional question for our career site but it does not appear when 'Yes' is selected as the response to the controlling question. Previously created conditional questions still appear as expected.

Controlling question is in Active status and the question classification is "Prescreening Question Added Automatically". There are two responses which are 'Yes' and 'No'.

The conditional question is supposed to present a text box if 'Yes' is the response to the controlling question. The controlling question code in the conditional question is the correct code that matches the question above and the controlling response is 'Yes'.
