Unable to find item in Redwood Self Service Procurement (SSP)
Summary:
Unable to find newly created item in Redwood SSP.
Review and checked all the possible causes mentioned in this thread and everything has been done including running ESS jobs but still has the same issue.
Items Not Populating in RSSP Redwood Requisition Item Search — Cloud Customer Connect
Have the required roles and data access as well.
Just FYI - this item is visible in item LOV on PO line though.
Have an issue only with Redwood SSP screen.
