Offer Re-draft transaction should go for approval if there is change in Annual salary component

When an offer is re-drafted and re-submitted, the system must evaluate whether approval is required based on changes to the Annual Salary component.

Approval Criteria

  • Approval is required if there is any change to the Annual Salary component compared to the previously approved offer.
  • Approval is not required if the changes are only to components other than Annual Salary, such as:
    • Job title
    • Joining date
    • Location
    • Allowances or benefits (other than Annual Salary)
    • Any non-compensation-related details
