Offer Re-draft transaction should go for approval if there is change in Annual salary component
When an offer is re-drafted and re-submitted, the system must evaluate whether approval is required based on changes to the Annual Salary component.
Approval Criteria
- Approval is required if there is any change to the Annual Salary component compared to the previously approved offer.
- Approval is not required if the changes are only to components other than Annual Salary, such as:
- Job title
- Joining date
- Location
- Allowances or benefits (other than Annual Salary)
- Any non-compensation-related details
Business Rule Summary
- Change in Annual Salary → Route for approval
- No change in Annual Salary → No approval required
