agent unable to update candidate address

Summary:

Hi All,

I am trying to create a candidate as an agent and while updating the address i see only USA in the field "Country" and it does not show any other countries.

Any idea why.

As a recruiter if i create a candidate in system then i am able to update address of candidate as required.
