Can someone help me with how to build prescreening questions so they show in certain order?

Summary:

Im about to cutover to Prod and need the prescreening questions to show in certain order, as its a clean environment I presume I just build in order I want them so lets say I want them to be like this:

1.Do you have Right to Work?

2. Do you have any qualifications?

3. Please provide gaps in employment?

If they should be like that I just build them in that order? I keep seeing things saying build in reverse as it orders them by date created so do one you want at top last, but that doesnt make sense to me
