How to report on prescreen questions from a pipeline requisition on a linked standard requisition?

Summary:

One of the prescreening questions in our requisitions is a source question. We report on sourcing for our hires and even have a referral program where colleagues get bonuses for referring candidates who are hired and work at least 90 days. In order for them to get paid that referral bonus, we have to be able to run a report that shows when they were hired and that they chose "Employee Referral" and gave the name of the person who referred them in the prescreening questions.

We are looking at hiring a number of sales consultants, and we wanted to use a pipeline requisition to post the job and subsequently link standard requisitions to the pipeline requisition to make it easier to move candidates to the standard requisition when the team is ready to hire them. This is instead of hiring multiple candidates to a requisition as this is something we currently do not allow within our company.
