Business process and epmautomate on different versions

in EPM Platform and Freeform

We are not receiving 26.04 due to an outstanding bug. If we were to update one of our business processes to 26.04 but leave others on 25.10, can we leave our epmautomate instance on 25.10 without issue? Would we just need to turn off all upgrade commands for epmautomate to prevent it from upgrading?
