SENIORITY RULE NOT SHOWING IN UI

in Human Capital Management

Summary: Recently created a new Seniority Rule under ORA_PER_SENIORITY_ITEMS then added to Configure Seniority Rule. Then i ran the populate Seniority Date and Calculate seniority process. As seen below this rule is still not showing up on the UI. Can someone please provide me with some guidance on how to get the newly added rule to populate in the UI. We currently are on the V3,
