What is the limit of each campaign blast size? I was told in SR that we can send up to 10,000 audience but no clear documentation is for reference.

I would like to ask whether the entire campaign fail because the audience exceeds the maximum limit of 10,000 audience or how is the behaviour when the campaign audience exceed the limit?
