Document Records DFF Not Visible on Candidate Attachment Section in Oracle Recruiting

Hi everyone,

We have a requirement in Oracle Recruiting to track additional information related to candidate documents (attachments) with their important information, such as exam results and scores.

To achieve this, we have created two Document Records Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs):

  • Exam Result
  • Exam Score

These results will create on candidate and remain on the employee record also. This is our expectation.

However, we are facing an issue:

While adding an attachment to a candidate profile, we can select the document type, but the DFF fields are not visible on the attachment page. Therefore, users cannot enter the additional information.
