OGL Limitation – Disabling Delete Button Before Page Load

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to disable the Delete button on the Dependency page for non-HR users using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).

Currently, I have implemented a condition within a Smart Tip to disable the Delete button based on user role. However, I am facing an issue where users are still able to delete a record before the page fully loads.

As per my understanding, OGL elements (such as Smart Tips or conditions) are triggered only after the page is loaded, which creates a gap where the Delete action can still be performed.

Is there any way within OGL to enforce this restriction
