[Purchase Document E-mail Report] Oracle delivered report cloning the update made in CUSTOM side

Hello,

Due to the business needs, we made an update (RTF template) for Purchase Document E-mail Report in the custom folder. (See below screenshot)

However, we then realized the change we made was also appearing in the Oracle Delivered report which we didn't touch. (See below screenshot)
Does anyone have a similar experience? And, what's the cause of this?

Besides, if there is a setup for this connection, can you please advise?
