Creating a new Legal Entity with procurement BU serviced by an existing BU tied to existing LE

Summary:

We have a requirement of creating a Legal Entity (say A) with a procurement BU and it will be serviced by requisitioning BU tied to an existing LE (say B) The existing LE B is fully set up for all SCM and Financial transactions. What kind of financial and cost management sets will be required for LE A.
