ARCS-Opening Attachment directly while reviewing the rec

Hi,

We are implementing Balance Sheet rec for an organization, where around 7K reconciliation has been created for BS accounts under different categories like Fixed Asset, Equity, Payables, Receivable, Other Asset, Other Liabilities, Investments, Technical Provisions etc.

Each reviewer has to review 100+ recs, when they want to review the supporting docs and click on it, it downloads the doc into their system and then they have to open it and review. Like this 100+ docs getting downloaded to their system. Hence, they want the option, that the attachments should open in another tab of the browser, where they can review and close it instead of downloading it to their system. Is there any way to achieve this?
