Create Revenue budget by adding margin using Cost budget

Request to advise on below requirement -

1. We have cost budget (Approved Cost budget) created and baselined the same.
2. We would like to create "Approved Revenue Budget" automatically using above cost budget by adding margin %.

Ex: Approved cost budget = 100000
Would like to create Approved Revenue Budget automatically as :

Approved Cost Budget + Margin % = 100000+10% = 110000 (Approved Revenue Budget)
