Restrict Recruiters from Viewing Draft Job Requisitions (Saved but Not Submitted)

Dear Team,

In Oracle Recruiting Cloud, when a hiring manager creates a job requisition and selects “Save and Close” without submitting it, the requisition remains in Draft (In Progress) status. This is the expected seeded behavior.

Currently, these draft requisitions are visible to recruiters. However, our business requirement is that recruiters should not have visibility to requisitions that are still in draft and not yet submitted by the hiring manager.

 We would like to understand:

• Is there any seeded functionality to restrict recruiter access to requisitions in Draft (In Progress) status?
• If not, is there any recommended workaround or best practice
