UDA "HSP_DYN_PREDICT" not system generated

in Planning

Summary:

Hi all,

I'm setting up the improved IPM functionalities: auto predict and insights for parent level members. However, I've encountered the following issue(s)/ unclarities:

  • I've created 3 new version: Base prediction, Worst case prediction and Best case prediction. To be able to proceed with parent level operations Oracle instructs to tag parent levels with the UDA "HSP_DYN_PREDICT". This UDA however is not system generated in my planning app (25.11.164). Is this expected to be included in the April patch or do you have to create it yourself?
  • I understand that UDA should be given to each dynamic calc member (parent level) for which you are doing a prediction / insight. In another Oracle source I read this should be done for " Scenario/Version/Plan Element or similar sparse dimension members." So what is it?
