We cannot purge billing lines in VRM_BILLING_DATA_DETAILS table and collect the correct billing lines from source system or even we cannot correct the Billing lines through correction sheet as a self service . This option is available for the Contract Lines
Even after the corrected bill line is recollected from Source, fallout line exist as exception for ever. This is causing incorrect month end reporting for business users.

Ability to correct or purge bill lines from RMCS VRM_BILLING_DATA_DETAILS and other relevant tables through self service.
