Can “Release Approved Lines” be invoked via REST for Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report (ESS)?

Business Requirement

We need to fully automate the Movement Request Pick Slip flow using REST APIs, equivalent to the following standard UI process described in Oracle documentation:

1. Manually create a Requisition Movement Request
2. Run Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report
3. Set Release Approved Lines = Yes
4. Generate picks automatically (no manual step in Reservations and Picks)
5. Generate Pick Slip
