I need some help on access control for a source system to call APIs directly for Import Costs FBDI

  1. We want to restrict the Source System to upload FBDI file (via REST) only to the UCM account: "prj$/projectCosting$/import$"
  2. Also, restrict the client to trigger only specific ESS jobs like Load Interface file for Import but only for Import Costs (not all import jobs via REST)

I have checked roles and data security, but couldn’t find a clear way to strictly limit these. Could you please suggest the best approach (roles / policies / any workaround) to achieve this?
