Restrict Phase and State Visibility for Hiring Manager
Dear Team,
A configuration change regarding Hiring Manager access in the recruitment process.
Currently, when a Hiring Manager creates a requisition, they are able to move candidates across all phases and states. However, we would like to restrict this access so that the Hiring Manager can move candidates only within specific phases and states.
The required phases and states are as follows:
- New Applicant → Shortlist Applicant
- Hiring Manager Selection → Schedule for Interview
- Interview Preparation → Pending Interview Scheduling
- Interview and Selection → Keep as Back-up for another position
The Hiring Manager should be allowed to move candidates only within the above-mentioned phases and states. All other phases and states should be hidden or restricted from their view.
