Facing issue while creating Purchase Order from Purchase Requisition FY 25-26 close Budget Period
Summary:
I'm facing the issue while creating Purchase Order from Purchase Requisition, not able to create the Purchase Order.
Details:
- The PR was created in FY 25-26 (March 2026).
- We are now trying to create the PO in FY 26-27 (April 2026).
- The budget period for FY 25-26 has been set to Close Pending.
- When creating the PO, the budget date defaults to 31-Mar-26, which falls in the closed period. The system gives the error Insufficient Fund.
- We added funds in FY 26-27 and changed the PO budget date to 2-Apr-26, but the funds check error persists.
- It appears that the PO is still validating against the closed FY 25-26 budget date
