PR reassignment SOAP call is throwing error

in Purchasing

Hello,

We are trying to use a SOAP Call to do an auto re-assignment of Purchase requisitions to an approver's line manager. Whilst doing so , the SOAP response throws an error. Document attached with details. Looking for some help to get this issue fixed.
