Redwood Supplier Management Payment terms are not shown in list of values

in Supplier Management

In Redwood Supplier Management on a Supplier under Sites tab - Additional Information - Invoicing - Terms section the Payment Terms drop down does not contain any values when in edit mode. How do we get the list to show?
