We are currently preparing for the upcoming Fusion Applications Identity Upgrade. Our environment is configured with federated SSO using Okta as the Identity Provider (IdP).

After completing the pre-upgrade actions and configuring the new Service Provider (SP) in Okta based on the new OCI IAM metadata, I would like to confirm the following:

Should we deactivate the old IDCS-based SP in Okta immediately after the pre-upgrade configuration is done and tested, or should we keep it active until the upgrade maintenance window is complete and the new OCI IAM SSO is confirmed working? I believe it should be after upgrade maintenance is completed, so I just need to double confirm.
