Redwood Enabled – Learning Pages Redirecting Incorrectly

Summary:

Hi @Jamie Rancourt-Oracle,

We have enabled Redwood features and run all the required processes in our environment.

Post enabling Redwood, under My Client Groups > Learning, we are seeing multiple additional tiles, and the UI looks significantly different from the previous version.

Issue:
When we click on Learning Assignment Profiles, it is redirecting to the Learning Initiatives page instead of opening the respective page.

Also, we do not see any specific setup or fields related to Learning Initiatives in our configuration.

Could you please help us understand:

  • If any additional profile options or configurations are required?
  • If any scheduled processes need to be run to stabilize the Redwood UI?
