View flows is showing scheduled extracts

Before we moved to Redwood, there were two View Flows pages, one for payroll that showed all payroll flows, and one for Data Exchange that showed data exchange flows.

In Redwood, there is only one View Flows page. When you go into the page, it defaults to the filter "All Flows". This is a problem because we have some automated scheduled extracts which run every 30 minutes and this is swamping the payroll output unless we manually reapply filters every time.
