Redwood: Respond by Spreadsheet in Supplier Portal

Hello Team,

We checked this feature that was released in 25B (Redwood: Respond by Spreadsheet in the Supplier Portal). When we download the file, it is in HTML format instead of a spreadsheet. If the file is not in spreadsheet format, how are we expected to edit it?

Could someone please advise on this issue?
