EPMAT-11:Internal server error. Illegal char <?> at index 10

Summary:

Anyone else hitting this error after upgrade EPM Automate in the 26.04 release?

Using command: epmautomate login USERNAME PASSWORD URL
I.e. Using a plain-text password not encrypted.

Worked fine before upgrade. Password has a ? in it. Tried wrapping in quotes but get the same error.
