Redwood Hired Candidate Count Opens Job App List with Default Filters Applied (No Results Displayed)

When clicking the Hired candidate count on a requisition in the Redwood UI, the Job Applications page opens but does not display hired candidates. Instead, the page loads with seeded default Redwood filters silently applied (Phase, State, Employer, Position), resulting in zero candidates displayed until all filters are manually cleared.
