Scheduled processes redwood purchase orders and redwood purchase agreements

We are currently testing Redwood Purchase Orders and Redwood Purchase Agreements. We have found that we need to keep rerunning

Run the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS:

• fa-prc-shoppingcatalog
  If this isn't run, new BPA lines aren't showing as results in the catalog
  
• fa-prc-po
• fa-prc-po-schedules
  If these aren't run, we see duplicate POs in the search results

Please advise the frequency these should be run as the documentation says only once.
