Data is not coming in learning assignment page

Summary:
We have enabled 26A redwood profile options for assignment page for admins. when i have searched learners by using person number and name all the data related to that learners is not coming only few data is coming
kindly assist me what may be the reason don't get all data for learners
Navigation : Home > my client groups > learning > learning assignments[under learners] > search learners[using person name or number]
