RSSP:We can't edit the requisition right now

We are encountering an issue in RSSP during the approver edit process. In our setup, we have four users defined as first approvers in the hierarchy using the “Preapproval Header First Responder Wins”

When any one of these users edits a PR as an approver (using the feature that allows approvers to modify and resubmit the PR), the PR status continues to show as “Pending Approval” for the remaining three users. As a result, when another approver attempts to edit the same PR, they receive an error and are unable to proceed.

This situation requires the team to manually check with each other to determine who last edited the PR, which is quite cumbersome.
