How can candidate choose communication method between SMS and email

Summary:

Hello everyone,

Currently, the email is defaulted to login to the career site and candidates are been communicating via emails. So, currently candidates are communicating via email only. We have setup Twilio for SMS communication and we need o test the SMS configuration.

However, compose button is only available for email section, Since we don't have compose button in SMS section unable to send SMS to candidates.

Can you please try to help us to enable compose button on SMS section for the candidate.
