Can not add candidate to candidate pool

Summary:
Hi Everyone,

I've created a candidate and when I try to add it in candidate pool I don't gate any search result for candidate pool

I've checked candidate pool related CCC discussion and checked necessary profile options and it did not help in addressing the issue. Can you please let me know what needs to be done here.
