Update/Correct Position Details(Position Costing) throws error

Summary:

If i update/Correct the position from My Client Groups>Workforce structures> Position(XYZ) > Position costing details , save and submit and it throws below

error:
If you enter an allocation percentage, you must enter an account number, too. (PAY-1635794)

Please assist on Fixing this.
