26B Redwood Earnings and Deductions

Within 26B release a new Redwood Earnings and Deductions page is available which seems to replace the Classic Element Entries screen.

The loading time for the Earnings and Deductions page is extremely slow, taking over 5 minutes on an employees record to pull through the values, even when adding filters to look at Date, Type, Source and Employment Number to narrow down the search. This cannot be normal as when comparing to Classic/RUI pages the data displayed instantly so this would be a big downgrade!

How can the search speed be improved as even when adding five filters this takes far to long?
