Ability to apply Requisitions List View globally

Summary:

I know that since 26A, when you update the req list column view to remove/add what it required by user. Example:

FROM: (remove the Prospects column)

TO:

Is there a way in which the view above can be rolled out to the organisation?

The reason for this request is that HM role is not able to view prospects (which follows business process) so today, they can see the link but when they click on it, they receive an error. The fastest way to avoid this is to universally update the requisition list view and remove the Prospect link all together.
