Employment Info Redwood page buffer when accessed via QA under ME

Summary:

When we access the Employment Info link under ME > Quick Action > Employment > Employment Info, the page buffers and never loads. However, when we access the same Employment Info page under My Activity Center, it loads without any issues.

We are on Redwood, all profile codes are enabled, indexes have been run, there are no VBS customizations, and we are using the delivered Employee role.

Do you have any idea why the Quick Action version is buffering in this area, while the same Quick Action works correctly in My Activity Center?
