Is there any way to see a log of sent email notifications?

Summary:

I was recently testing approvals in our development environment and did not realize email approval notifications were enabled for the environment. It was a pretty limited test so I'm not too concerned, but if there was a way to see a log of the email notifications that would help so we can inform those users to ignore those emails. Thank you!
