Hi Experts,

With the new UK requirement effective 6 April 2026 to retain annual leave entitlements and holiday pay records for 6 years and should be accessible to employees, we are exploring how this can be managed in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Could you please share:

  • Does Oracle provide any standard functionality for such long-term retention?
  • Could you please confirm how 6 years of absence and payroll data can be made visible to employees in ESS in Oracle HCM Cloud, especially if data is archived or purged?
