How to track contractors in Taleo

Does anyone handle contractors in Taleo?  We hire contractors via a third party agencies, such as CDI.  These contractors are not our employees, but the agencies’ employees.  This is one of the reason we do not track them in Taleo.  Also, contractors like factory works are short term.  It will be a big work load to track them in Taleo.  However, we were ordered to track these contractors now.  We are trying to determine what is the best way to do it.  We use Taleo 7.5.  Thank you.
