Can you help me with a question about a security update for a user?
We were asked to assign new security roles to existing users. We used the “Preview HCM Data Security” page to review the new access permissions, but we received the following error message, which prevents us from reviewing the access permissions.
I've noticed that in order to clear the error message and get the new access permissions to work, I have to use the “Refresh Access Control List” option. But my question is: do I have to do this for each user whose roles I've already modified? In other words, isn't there a scheduled process to apply this to all users so their access permissions are refreshed? I’ve been looking for some processes and found the following; I ran them, but I’m still not having any success.
