Candidate Search is not working in Redwood

Summary:

Hello,
We have about 1.000 of job applications. I need to find a candidate who has 2 keywords in their resume, for example, SRE AND Devops.
We tried in different ways, but we couldn't achieve the result, the sytem retrieve SRE OR Devops, however, it returns several candidates, and we need to have the candidates with both words in their resume to have the correct filter.

Howeever, it is not working, the business mentioned this problem starts once we enabled Redwood version, we tried different ways to search without sucess like using Boolean Search, advanced search criteria, we opened the SR 4-000234848
