26B AI Agents in Guided Journeys – Possibility of Unified / Orchestrated Agent Experience?

Hi Oracle Community,

Oracle introduced three AI agents under Self-Service Procurement additional to RAG agents:

  • AI Agent: Purchase Requisition Status Advisor
  • AI Agent: Quote to Purchase Requisition Chat Assistant
  • AI Agent: Purchase Requisition Creation Guide

From an end-user perspective, since these agents require human interaction, our setup is to configure them inside a Guided Journey as separate workflow tasks. Each agent is added as its own activity, and users must scroll or paginate through the tasks to find and launch the relevant one.

While this works functionally, I see a user experience concern worth raising:

In the current design, the user must consciously identify which agent to use for their specific need. For example, a requester may need to first check a PR status, then initiate a quote-to-PR conversion, which requires switching between two separate agent tasks. This creates unnecessary friction and cognitive load.
