File Size Limit extension through functional setup settings

Summary:

Issue Description: The size of the file ORA_FND_APP_FLEX_VALUE_SET_VALUE.csv is 14.39 MB and exceeds the limit of 10 MB. Therefore, it can't be processed.

Comment:- I need to increase the CSV file size limit from 10 MB to 50MB for the Manage Chart of Accounts Value Set Values task for the import process. I understand that this can be done through Functional Setup Settings, but for that, edit access is required. To update Functional Setup Settings, the ASM_MANAGE_SETUP_MIGRATION_SETTINGS_PRIV privilege is needed in the custom Application Implementation Consultant role. However, even after creating a custom role, I am not able to see this privilege. Could someone please help me resolve this issue?
