Unable to create User Groups in Oracle Fusion Learning 26A (Redwood) using a custom role. The same operation works successfully when using the seeded Learning Specialist role. Not able to find the exact privileges needed for this from Seeded Role.

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue in Oracle Fusion Learning 26A (Redwood experience) while creating User Groups.

Navigation:
My Client Groups → Learning → User Groups → Create

  • User is able to enter all details
  • On clicking Submit, system throws an error

Error - We Couldn't add the user group. Please try again later, if the issue persists, contact your help desk
