Job Requisition - Staffing Agent Expiration Date

I'm investigating the expiration date behavior for Staffing Agents in Job Requisition details.

Observation: The staffing agent's expiration date appears to be linked to the external/internal job posting expiration date.

Questions:

1. Is there a direct dependency between the staffing agent expiration date and the career site posting expiration date?
2. Can we configure a staffing agent to remain active after the job posting has expired?
3. Are there any configuration options or best practices to manage these dates independently?
