Notification Not Appearing in Recruiting Activity Center

Hello Community,

I'm experiencing an issue with notifications in the Recruiting Activity Center and would appreciate some guidance.

Scenario: After an offer was accepted by a candidate, I expected the activity to appear in the Recruiting Activity Center. The activity type is enabled in the system configuration, but the notification is not showing up.

Details:

  • Offer Status: Accepted
  • Activity Type: Enabled ✓
  • Expected Result: Activity should appear in Recruiting Activity Center
  • Actual Result: No notification/activity is displayed

My Questions:

  1. Why might an accepted offer notification not appear in the Recruiting Activity Center even though the activity is enabled?
  2. Are there any additional configuration steps required to ensure offer acceptance activities are captured?
