Can FBDI files be uploaded without entering lot and serial numbers for item numbers with lot and ser

Currently, when importing inventory transactions via FBDI, if an Item Number is under lot and serial control, the lot number must be manually assigned and entered in column B "* Lot Number" of the INV_TRANSACTION_LOTS_INTERFACE sheet, and the serial number must be manually assigned and entered in column B "* From Serial Number" of the INV_SERIAL_NUMBERS_INTERFACE sheet.

Can the serial number be automatically assigned by the system so that the FBDI file can be imported successfully without entering it?
